A Gift in Your Will or Living Trust

A gift in your will is the easiest way to create a lasting impact on the arts community. This is a common method for individuals to make contributions of accumulated assets, and there are three common approaches to this method:

A Direct Bequest includes a stated amount of funds, in dollars.

A Percentage Bequest includes a donation of a percentage of your estate instead of a defined dollar amount because you never know what the value of your estate may be at the time of your death.

A Residuary Bequest is when the remainder of your estate is contributed to Berks Arts after everything and everyone else is paid and/or remembered.
